This technology targets sun damage, acne rosacea, and signs of
aging. The main goal of therapy is to reduce the reds and browns
of the skin and allow the skin to have a more even color and texture.
A bonus of this therapy is collagen stimulation which improves
the underlying support of the skin, improving the firmness of
the skin. This procedure is recommended in packages of 3 for improving
brown spots or packages of 5 for improving redness as in acne
rosacea.
- Permanent Laser Hair Reduction
The laser target is melanin which is in the actively growing hair
root. The hair absorbs the energy from the laser and the hair
is destroyed. The hair is gone forever. Hair grows in three cycles
and the laser only destroys the actively growing hair. The body
will also continue to produce new hairs so the procedure may need
to be repeated in the future. Hair can be removed from anywhere
on the body. The procedure is offered in packages of 3 to 5 depending
on the area involved and the goal of the client.
- Laser Vein Treatment
The laser target in vein removal is the hemoglobin in the veins.
The laser is pulsed along the veins, which causes the blood to
heat up and become sticky. The walls of the veins then stick to
each other and blood cannot flow through. If blood cannot flow
through the vein, the vein will disappear. This procedure can
be performed anywhere on the body and will work on very small
to moderately sized blood vessels. Compression must be worn after treatment of leg veins. This
procedure is offered in 15 minute time increments. The results
vary from person to person. Adequate results may be obtained with
one treatment or several treatments.
- Medical Microdermabrasion
This procedure is used for a variety of skin conditions and is
quite versatile. It is usually combined with a chemical peel to
optimize the results. A hand held wand with two openings is passed
across the face or other body part. One of the openings emits
a slight jet of crystals which removes the most superficial dead
skin cells. The other opening is the vacuum which removes the
used crystals from the skin. This results in a very light sanding
of the skin leaving an improved skin texture. These can be repeated
at two week or longer intervals. Therefore, it is recommended
for such things a improving skin texture, brown spots, and acne
scarring. This procedure is offered either in packages or individually.
It can be combined with any of our other procedures.
- Dermawave E-Stim Ultrasound
This procedure is usually combined with microdermabrasion to add
the benefit of collagen stimulation. It is also used to improve
the delivery of nutrients to the skin and dermis. The way the
Dermawave works is that it emits a gentle electrical current combined
with ultrasound. This energy penetrates into the dermis and actually
stimulates collagen which improves the support of the skin. This
procedure is offered individually or in packages as an adjunct
to microdermabrasion.
- Chemical Peels
Chemical peels are offered for a variety of conditions to include
acne, acne scarring, brown spots, fine wrinkles, and to improve
the texture of the skin. Various strength peels are available
and each person is evaluated individually.

This is botulinum toxin which is used to relax the muscles of
the face. The most common place people choose to have Botox is
the area on the forehead between the eyes, which is responsible
for frowning. The other areas frequently treated with Botox include
smile lines beside the eyes, upper forehead, and the frown lines
at the corners of the mouth.
